It’s been a fun and busy semester in the FCS room and we are busy preparing for finals at the high school. The Foods I class completed their lab final called “Cutthroat Kitchen” where they got a main dish and a dessert recipe and the students had to complete them with a few challenges thrown in. Foods II is finishing up decorating their cakes. Creative Textiles are working on finishing their projects for the semester.
