EMMS 6th Grade Teachers…
I am Janet Beadle, and I teach 6h Grade ELA, and 7th Grade Reading. I started with the East Marshall CSD in the Middle School Student Assistance Center (SAC) room in 1993. I then transferred to the classroom in 1995. I am currently a middle school Model Teacher and mentor. I am married with three grown children and three grandchildren.

Hi, I am Kayla Stone, and I teach 6th grade math, science, and social studies, and 7th grade writing. I also coach junior high softball as well and help out with sports at the middle school as needed. I graduated from Simpson in the spring of 2023 with a degree in elementary education and endorsements in reading and English language arts. I grew up in Ankeny and graduated from Ankeny Centennial High School in 2019. There I was involved in softball, basketball, and track. I am super excited to be teaching here at East Marshall!
